The service account for the NetBackup Legacy Network Service must be a member of the Administrators group and have certain local security privileges.

When a user tries to login to a particular NetBackup host using the Java GUI, an error message displays with the status 519: 'The NetBackup host that you want to connect to is not properly configured to perform authentication.
